Everything on this site is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and you should not rely on it to make a decision. Reading the site or writing to us does not make you a client. An advisory relationship exists only under a signed engagement letter.

No offer of securities

Nothing here is an offer to sell, or an invitation to buy, any security, loan or other investment in any country. RupyAI is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank or lender, and is not registered as one anywhere. Lenders and investors make their own decisions on their own analysis.

Figures, forecasts and the RupyAI Score

Figures attributed to third parties come from the sources named and have not been independently checked. Forecasts can change and may prove wrong. Charts marked illustrative use made-up numbers. The RupyAI Score is our own analytical opinion built from the documents we are given. It is not a credit rating, and RupyAI is not a credit rating agency.

Names and trademarks

Names, logos and places of other organisations that appear on this site, including former employers and the New York Stock Exchange, belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean those organisations sponsor, endorse or are connected with RupyAI. The founder's views are his own and not those of any current or former employer.

Secure rooms

Sign-in areas are by invitation. What you see there is confidential and is for the person the login was issued to. Do not share a login, and do not copy or forward the contents without written permission.

Privacy

The public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for about two weeks for security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. If you email us, we keep your message so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, write to manish@rupy.ai.

Liability and law

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Yuktimetrics credTechno Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
